Preston Olsen

Preston provides skilled representation and legal counsel to individuals, families, businesses and municipal clients in Idaho and Utah. Preston has a diverse practice that includes business law, family law, real estate law, contracts, commercial litigation, probate and estate planning. He has also acquired a substantial amount of expertise in securities laws and debt offerings, including the issuance of municipal bonds. Preston is committed to providing each of his clients with the best possible legal service.

Preston began his legal career as an associate at Cleary Gottleib in New York. Prior to joining Fuller & Fuller, PLLC, Preston was a partner at Ballard Spahr in Salt Lake City. While he appreciates the opportunities and training that he received at those larger law firms, Preston is very happy to be living and working in Cache Valley and Southeast Idaho.

Preston graduated with a B.A. in Economics from Brigham Young University. He received his law degree in 2003 from the University of Chicago. When not at work, Preston loves to be outdoors, taking advantage of the activities available in Southeast Idaho. He enjoys volunteering and serving in the local community, and spending time with his amazing wife and five children.
