Meet Our Experienced Team
Lyle J. Fuller
Lyle’s practice focuses on civil litigation, workers compensation defense, non-compete agreements and trade secrets, family law, and personal injury. He is an accomplished trial attorney who brings significant experience to all phases of the litigation process. Lyle began his career as an associate in the litigation group of Spencer Fane, a large firm in Kansas City, Missouri. Immediately prior to joining Fuller & Fuller, PLLC, he was a partner and member of the executive committee in the Salt Lake City law firm of Smith Hartvigsen. Utah Business Magazine honored him as one of Utah’s Legal Elite in business litigation in 2008, 2009, and 2010, and Lyle was named a “Rising Star” by Mountain States Super Lawyers. His article Keep Your Edge: Non-compete Agreements Protect Business Assets appeared in the August 2009 issue of Utah Business Magazine.
Lyle received his B.A. in History, magna cum laude, from Brigham Young University in 1997, and his law degree from Duke University in 2000, where he served as a research editor for the Duke Journal of Comparative and International Law. In addition to being licensed in Idaho and Utah, he is also licensed (on voluntary inactive status) in Missouri and Kansas. When not practicing law, Lyle enjoys the outdoors, watching Duke basketball, and spending time with his wife and four children. He is also active in the community, having served on the board of the Oneida Stake Academy Foundation, and on the board of the Preston chapter of Kiwanis International.
Ethan Rawlings
Ethan Rawlings is an attorney licensed in both Idaho and Utah. A Cache Valley native, he is excited to serve the legal needs of his community. Prior to joining Fuller & Fuller, Ethan enjoyed working in the Bannock County area in the Public Defender’s office handling multiple criminal law matters, and is pleased now to be adding to his offerings, a variety of legal specialties, such as Family law, Agreements/Contracts, Real Estate Law, Business Law, Probate and Estate Planning and more.
Ethan is a proud graduate from Utah State University, graduating with a double major in History and Sociology in 2018. Ethan then went on to study at the University of Idaho, College of Law, to graduate with his J.D. in 2020. In Ethan’s free time, he enjoys giving back to his local community in a variety of ways such as volunteering as an active member of the Franklin County Ambulance Association, working on the Franklin County dispatch team, and as a member of the Franklin County Election Board. He also enjoys spending time in the beautiful outdoors and attending the multitude of community events Cache Valley has to offer.

Steven R. Fuller
A Cache Valley native, Steve has practiced law in Cache Valley since his graduation from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 1982. His diverse practice includes civil trial practice, workers compensation defense, trusts and estates, business formation, local government, and land use issues. Steve has served as city attorney for a number of cities in Franklin County, and has served as a deputy attorney for Franklin County.
Steve received his B.A. from Utah State University in 1979, graduating cum laude. He and his wife, Myrna, are the proud parents of 5 children and 13 grandchildren. Steve is currently of counsel with the firm.
